Pink Fever

I've been struggling so badly to give my blog a new look. Trying to be a pro and doing it the hard way ... HTML is my worst nightmare ! I gave up andI decided to be a little bit smarter doing it the easy way with "Template Designer". The colour scheme reminds me of my old blog back in highschool but I think it suits me more since its pinked out. I've caught pink fever lately ... my phone, my schedule, my bed sheets and my blog .. ALL pink !

Believe it or not I do not own one single pair of pointed heels. That classifies as a need, right? I think I like the nude colour better but black is a little more practical.

Sneak peek

The rest of my room is still under updating however my dressing corner is complete. For now. I still need to buy another set of drawers to home the rest of my makeup and what not. I also want a display unit for my fragrances but don't know whether if I'll have the room for it. I'll decide as I go.

Oh I'm still deciding on what to do with my feature wall and which wall to have as my feature wall. Wall paper or wall sticker it? My bed head wall or my dressing table and TV unit wall. Decisions decision.

Heading out for drinks soon with the mates on a Monday night ! And I have a sudden urge for a beer. Haven't had one for a while now. Signing out ...

Moving under way

Got so much done today. Emptied the larger room and bought extra items for the new room.

I can't wait to get this room together! Then I just need to put the finishing touches and voila! My own little paradise. Next room to redecorate is my ex-bedroom and walk in closet to be ... This room may have to wait for a while though.

Hopefully I'll be settled in by the week's end.

Moving .. rooms

My bedroom is getting way too cramped and my makeup is definitely outgrowing the drawers and train case I house it in. I need a dressing table! And my clothes are spilling out out my wardrobe. So I have made plans to move my bedroom to my study which is a larger room and using my current room as a study/dressing room and closet hopefully by next month. This is so I can accommodate for a new dressing table and make more room for clothes - a whole room for clothes and of course a part of it will be my study :)

I'm starting to look at what kind of dressing table I want. My bed frame and tv unit are both dark wood so my dream white antique princess style table is out of the picture. Modern, simple and chic is what I'm after.

I googled 'dressing table' and found a beautiful mirrored dressing table which I am in love with <3!

So with this one in mind I'm hoping to find something similiar...
